      Nah that’s bullshit, the translation had only very minor issues and not very often. There are a couple of insane chapters, but they are due to the writer just filling up the chapter with nonsense to meet a writing quota, not the translator’s fault.

      It’s okay my brain has involved through the turbulation of mortals. Novel after Novels my brains has been strained to it’s limits by the trashy translation of mtl and other translation. Fortunately the heavens has blessed me by allowing my breakthrough. My brain automatically fix the crappy translation and makes them better.

      He has tons of women interested in him, but the harem itself is only two women in the end. There is some kind of fucked up semi-forced sex thats occurs with one of the other women though. She ends up liking it, but still pretty ick. That’s my only real complaint other than the extreme Chinese nationalism (China the best, fuck everyone else basically) and censorship (can’t talk about sex directly, instead they have to use weird metaphor and symbolism otherwise it gets banned). Story was still great despite those issues.

   This is the same as Library of heaven’s path mixed with Notebook of fortune (Same author of both novels)

   But WAY worse. The quality can’t even compare. (Though I didn’t really expect much because the author of LoHP and NoF is way better.

   But that is not my main point why I kind of dislike this novel. It’s all because the MC’s change of mentality.

   Just because he gained a system to help him he became increasingly arrogant. Most of the times the correct way to lead this situation is the mc becoming confident, not an arrogant B*tch*

   It’s really a waste, but the novel in other aspects is okay

      I would agree that the MC is too arrogant, but he became better after the seven barriers arc. After that, he’s more confident and less arrogant. He uses his head more and is somewhat enlightened. Definitely worth a shot.
