Greek Mythology: I open a treasure chest at Olympus - Chapter 135
Chapter 135: Hercules
Saw the pair of golden eyes looking at themselves.
Gold-haired maiden could not help but straighten her still out-of-scale peaks, revealing a proud and lazy look, and with cat-like strides, she came to the two of them in front of Foppers.
She respectfully bowed to Chiron: “Respected Chiron sage, your fame is as sharp as your bow and arrow through every corner of the earth; over the years, every warrior who aspires to be a hero has longed for your guidance. You are the most outstanding mentor in this great land.”
After a pause, she apologized: “I haven’t introduced myself, my name is Finetin, and I’m a cousin of Foppers, daughter of King Erechtheus’ eldest daughter, Ketonia.”
“Your Highness Finetin is a wonderful girl; you will become one of the few female heroes.” A smile spread across the face of Chiron as he addressed her politely.
“Thank you for your approval. If I May, I hope I can be accepted as a student by you,” said Finetin.
The expression of Chiron froze, and he said softly: “Child, I thought you were here to say goodbye to your cousin.”
“He was born only a few days ago. I don’t know him that well yet.” Finetin pursed her lips.
Chiron looked at the blond child below with an inquiring gaze, he didn’t actually know the true identity of Foppers, but he could sense that this was more than just the son of light.
The aura that he vaguely exuded gave him a familiar sense of sanctity.
Foppers looked Finetin up and down a few times, nodded lightly, and said: “Although the qualifications are poor, the length can be brought over.”
In fact, he was more curious about the threads of fate wrapped around Finetin’s body.
Foppers old-fashioned words from a childish voice, causing Finetin could not help but laugh, lightly purse his lips, and say.
“Do not think that you are the son of light, so you can make the sage of Chiron salute you. Chiron sage is the legendary second generation of the King of Gods Cronus’s son.”
“Even the father of the God of light, the King of Gods, Zeus, can only be considered his brother, and in terms of generation, even the God of light is a descendant of the Cronus.”
Although the young girl was not very old but very knowledgeable, the relationship between the many gods understands very clearly.
Chiron smiled: “Just live more years; even if an old man like me lives longer, it is not comparable to the greatness of the God of light, whose light is destined to travel in the sky, earth, sea, and in the hearts of all spirits.”
The half-human, half-horse old man tapped his right fist between his eyebrows and praised the light.
“Sage Chiron is truly a devout believer in the light,” Finetin exclaimed.
“If you want to worship, hurry back, pack up, and come along.” Foppers waved at her.
Finetin looked at Chiron, only to see that the latter’s face was full of smiles, obviously agreeing with himself.
The heart was a little strange.
Who was the teacher, and who was the student? Why did the sage Chiron look like he just listened to this little blond kid’s wishes?
She didn’t think much about it. She immediately said: “I have nothing to pack and no one to say goodbye to. Just let the maids talk to the king’s grandfather anyway. He recently urged us to leave Athens every day.”
Foppers noticed that when she said ‘no one to say goodbye to’, her porcelain-like cheeks flashed with a touch of sadness.
……
“Up ahead, there is my residence. Now there is only my other student, Heracles, inside, he is the son of the King of Gods, Zeus, and his talent is outstanding, only twenty years old now and has already cultivated a golden fighting aura.”
In the wilderness, four hooves of Chiron steadily forward, the left hand pointed ahead.
Foppers and Finetin gazed over secluded woods next to the faintly built few simple bamboo huts.
But deep down, there was a huge martial arts arena, faint yells, and loud whistling sounds.
Like a fierce beast was hunting there.
Chiron smiled and said: “Hercules is most powerful, which is probably from his body of the bloodline of the gods; we demigods often have some strange talent.”
“For example, I am best at Archery; Hercules is strong…”
Listen to the words of Chiron, Finetin index finger hooked chin: “Speaking of our Athenian royal family, is also a descendant of the God of flame and craftsmanship Hephaestus, so the entire family often specializes in building weapons, carving the statue of the God of skillful craftsman, the fighting properties are also on the fire.”
As she said this, she looked at Foppers, who had grown quite tall in a short time, and asked, “You’re a demigod, by the way. What’s your special talent? Show it.”
“A different talent?” Foppers thought about it, “Good-looking and a better eater, that should count.”
“It’s okay to be good-looking, but what does it mean to be a better eater? Are you insinuating that the God of light is gluttonous? This is indignity.” The young girl with long pale gold hair said seriously.
Hearing her words, Foppers’ heart shook.
He could sense that Finetin was only joking, but to be able to say such a joke showed that there should already be many more extreme believers of the light who could accuse anything about themselves of indignity by now.
This is going to be the rhythm of the medieval church; we still need to restrain ourselves, ah, Foppers said in his heart.
He did not want his church to end up becoming, on earth in western fantasy novels had become the villain of the church of light.
Foppers pondered when the three of them arrived at the residence of Chiron.
Through a few bamboo houses, a huge martial arts arena appeared before them.
In the center of the arena, there stood a tall, sturdy figure like a pagoda.
He looked to be in his mid-twenties but had a tall, brutal bear-like figure with a gnarled muscle mass, a fierce bronze color, and a strong heat of energy coming from his face.
Short brown hair, dark pupils, thick eyebrows, straight nose, and white teeth, together forming a rich androgynous broad face, chin, and lips, were full of a thick black short beard.
One hand held a large iron ball, whistling in the martial arts arena. The gait was like the wind, swift and smooth.
Phoenix’s bright eyes were fixed on the two metal balls, and her face was filled with surprise. “These are iron balls made of black bin steel. They must weigh at least a few hundred thousand pounds each. How could he not use his anger?”
The young girl’s pretty face was hard to believe.
Chiron laughed lightly: “His strength can surpass the gods, the weight of black steel is still not enough for him, and it’s a pity I can’t find heavier minerals for him to exercise.”
Their arrival was quickly noticed by the young man in the field, who gently dropped the iron ball in his hand and trotted over: “Teacher, you’re back so soon. I thought you would stay in Athens for a few more days.”
While saying that, he looked at the next Finetin and Foppers, surprised: “Teacher, you said you went to collect the newborn children of light? How come you brought back two, and neither of them looks like they were just born.”
He muttered while showing off his muscular arms: “You know me; I’m Hercules, the man destined to become the world’s greatest hero.”
“Look at my muscles. This is the arm of a serpent sent to strangle the gods at birth. Am I good?”
Hercules was full of smugness, posing and looking like he was quick to praise me.
Finetin was attracted by the second sentence: “You were just born and strangled the snake sent after the gods?”
“Yes!” Hercules perked up.
He came closer, sputtering, and said: “I am the son of Zeus, the King of Gods, and my father’s reputation, as you surely know, is that he likes to find lovers everywhere and has many children.”
“My mother was Amphitryon, Queen of the King of Thebes, and Zeus let her give birth to me, which was soon discovered by his queen, Hera.”
“So Hera sent poisonous snakes to plot my life, but I, then only a few months old, strangled both snakes with one hand in my sleep!”
“Hera is living more and more back before she can still instruct the Upper God level, Pi Tong, now can only get two ordinary poisonous snakes to fool people?” He thought again.
Chiron, on the other side, looked helpless because he was so strong and brave, but he liked to show off his disciples and introduced Foppers and Finetin.
If they were ordinary people, he would definitely be more interested in the beautiful Finetin.
But Hercules was not an ordinary person after listening to the introduction of Chiron; he was full of curiosity and came to Foppers.
“Come let me see, born less than ten days to grow so big is how to do.”
“Wow, your face is so beautiful, much better looking than that little girl.”
“I am the son of Zeus. You are the son of the God of light. To say that I am your uncle generation, hurry up and call the first uncle. I will teach you how to exercise muscles!”
“Muscle is the man’s temperament, grow so thin and weak cannot, to eat more and more exercise, do not just know to cultivate the fighting spirit, muscle strength is more important.”
“Know that even that father of yours, the God of light, known for his elegance and handsomeness, is also the strongest of the gods in the flesh.”
