In The Primal Chaos, My identity Was Exposed By The Heavens - Chapter 58
Chapter 58: Enlighten Nuwa, Create Human Race
Styx descended from Mount Buzhou, following Ye Xiu’s plan to quietly await the opportunity to become a saint in the sea of blood. As he reached the mountain’s base, he unexpectedly encountered Nuwa, who had come to visit. This puzzled Minghe, who wondered why Nuwa was on Buzhou Mountain instead of retreating to Wa Palace to pursue her Tao.
Styx exchanged greetings with Nuwa briefly and then departed. Nuwa felt somewhat uneasy about this chance encounter, given her status as a Taoist disciple and Hongjun’s direct pupil. However, her desire to reach the saintly realm drove her forward. She was only one insight away from achieving it and hoped to find that opportunity on Buzhou Mountain.
Ye Xiu had noticed Nuwa’s arrival and watched her closely. He seemed to have expected her visit.
“Great Taoist, Nuwa has come to see you,” her voice echoed from the mountain. She spoke with respect and reverence.
Ye Xiu questioned her purpose, which made Nuwa nervous. She admitted that she sought an opportunity from the Taoist Master to prove Taoism and fulfill her dreams. Ye Xiu’s response surprised her as he readily agreed.
Nuwa felt admiration for his simplicity and was in awe of him. Ye Xiu, on Buzhou Mountain, smiled even more. Since Nuwa had a request, he decided to guide her on becoming a saint, as she had already played a crucial role in making mankind holy, aligning with the way of heaven.
Ye Xiu’s intentions were merely to request a share of karma from Nuwa in exchange for his assistance. With his consent, Nuwa ascended Buzhou Mountain to sit face-to-face with Ye Xiu. At first, she felt a bit overwhelmed, as if she was looking up at a majestic mountain. However, her strong desire to find an opportunity to prove Taoism compelled her to listen attentively to Ye Xiu’s teachings.
Nuwa candidly shared her recent struggles, explaining that she had hit a bottleneck in her spiritual journey and couldn’t seem to break through. Ye Xiu responded with a mysterious smile and posed a question, asking if she knew what the opportunity to prove herself was.
Nuwa was left perplexed and unable to respond. This uncertainty had driven her to seek guidance from Ye Xiu. Patiently, he continued, asking her if she knew about the myriad races in the Great Desolate Continent. Nuwa answered earnestly, listing a multitude of races and creatures.
Ye Xiu then inquired if she knew what they all had in common. Nuwa admitted her lack of knowledge. Ye Xiu explained that, after attaining the Tao and transforming, all these beings shared a similar form, which he called the “Innate Tao body.” This revelation struck Nuwa like lightning, and she suddenly had a profound realization.
As if she had been enlightened, her Taoist heart opened up, and she understood that her opportunity to prove the Tao was to create the Tao. With this clarity, the primordial purple energy within her primordial spirit confirmed her idea, filling her with excitement and ecstasy.
