Villain of the urban TV/Movie Time-Travel - Chapter 23
Chapter 23: Yang Yu’s Plan
Yang Yu met Yoon Chan-young in a small private booth at a barbecue restaurant.
“Well? Have you thought it through?”
Yang Yu had just finished eating, but he had no appetite at all—his mind was completely occupied with thoughts of Cheon Song-yi’s seductive figure.
Since Yang Yu had already seen through him, Yoon Chan-young chose not to hide it anymore.
“I do like Cha Eun-sang, but I don’t understand why you’re helping me. What do you want in return?”
Yang Yu got straight to the point.
“You want Cha Eun-sang. I want your girlfriend, Lee Bo-na. It’s a win-win.”
Yoon Chan-young hesitated for a moment, surprised by Yang Yu’s bluntness.
“But… don’t you like Yoo Rachel? You even fought Kim Tan over her at school today.”
Yang Yu smirked.
“You’re right. Yoo Rachel is mine for sure. But so is Lee Bo-na. What man ever complains about having too many women?”
Yoon Chan-young was shocked by Yang Yu’s boldness.
“Aren’t you afraid I’ll tell someone?”
Yang Yu chuckled.
“Doesn’t bother me. Even if I don’t win their hearts, I’ll still have them. But if you cross me, getting rid of you will be easier than squashing an ant.”
To Yang Yu, Yoon Chan-young was insignificant—not even worth worrying about.
Yoon Chan-young understood his position. He was no fool. At this point, refusing would be asking for trouble.
“What do you want me to do?”
Yang Yu grinned.
“I like talking to smart people.”
“It’s simple. Just sleep with her.”
That was it. The so-called “falling in love over time” often worked exactly like this.
“I… but…”
Yoon Chan-young stuttered, unsure how to respond.
“I’ll have you and Cha Eun-sang kidnapped and locked up together. You’ll both be drugged and kept there for ten days, maybe half a month.”
Yang Yu laid out his plan without hesitation. It was crude but effective. No matter how Cha Eun-sang felt now, after ten or fifteen days, she would have no choice but to accept Yoon Chan-young.
And once it was done, he would record a little video and send it to Kim Tan. That would completely destroy any chance between him and Cha Eun-sang.
Even if Cha Eun-sang still loved Kim Tan in her heart, she would be forced to be with Yoon Chan-young.
Seeing that Yoon Chan-young was about to protest, Yang Yu waved his hand dismissively.
“It’s settled. Once this is done, I’ll arrange a nice position for your father at Samsung. You won’t have to worry about anything, and you’ll get the girl you’ve always wanted. Everyone wins.”
Yoon Chan-young nodded firmly. Just the thought of finally having Cha Eun-sang made him tremble with excitement. He had liked her for years, but since she had never shown any interest in him, he had settled for Lee Bo-na instead.
Now that he had a real chance with Cha Eun-sang, he completely forgot about Lee Bo-na.
“What do you need me to do?”
He was thrilled, but he wasn’t careless. He knew he had to follow Yang Yu’s instructions if he wanted this to work.
“Tomorrow night, you…”
Yang Yu gave Yoon Chan-young his orders. After checking the time, he decided to head back to Cheon Song-yi.
He teleported home instantly and saw that Cheon Song-yi was already asleep. Not wanting to disturb her, he let her be.
She was already his—there was no rush.
Scanning the apartment with his mind, he noticed that Lee Hui-kyung had also left at some point, probably to go home and cry.
Bored, Yang Yu turned his focus to Yoo Rachel.
She was curled up under her blanket, sobbing. Her room looked like it had been ransacked—everything was in complete disarray.
Turns out, after Yang Yu left that afternoon, Yoo Rachel’s mother, Esther Lee, had ordered her to cling to Yang Yu at all costs.
But Yoo Rachel refused. She still had feelings for Kim Tan, which led to a huge argument with her mother.
For the first time in her life, her mother even slapped her.
Prideful as she was, Yoo Rachel couldn’t handle the humiliation. She had packed her bags, ready to run away from home.
But before she could escape, Esther Lee caught her and locked her in her room to “calm down.”
That was when she went on a rampage, destroying everything in sight.
Now, exhausted and feeling utterly wronged, she hid under her blanket, sobbing like a wounded animal licking its wounds.
She looked so pitiful that anyone watching would feel sorry for her.
