Villain of the urban TV/Movie Time-Travel - Chapter 8
Chapter 8: Stirring Trouble
“Who said I was treating you to lunch?!”
“Do you have any idea how busy I am? Do you?!”
“Get lost, and don’t let me see you again!”
Chun Song-yi snapped, completely losing her temper.
She was truly infuriated by Yang Yu. Last night, his Korean was flawless—so much so that no one would have guessed he was a foreigner. But now, he had the audacity to claim he wasn’t fluent? Did he take her for a fool?
“It was just a joke to lighten the mood. Why are you so mad?” Yang Yu said awkwardly.
“I don’t want to talk to you right now. While I’m still speaking nicely, you better leave.” Chun Song-yi pointed at the door, taking deep breaths to calm herself.
Seeing no way around it, Yang Yu picked up his coat and walked to the door.
Before stepping out, he turned back and asked, “Are you sure you don’t want to have lunch together?”
Bang!
An unidentified object flew at him.
Yang Yu instinctively caught it—turns out, it was a slipper.
With a mischievous grin, he waved the slipper at Chun Song-yi and winked before hurriedly closing the door behind him.
Thud!
Something else slammed against the door right after.
Laughing to himself, Yang Yu walked home.
Meanwhile, Chun Song-yi let out a frustrated scream inside her apartment.
“Aish! He makes me so mad!”
At the film set, Chun Song-yi remained distracted the entire day. She kept zoning out, losing count of how many times she messed up her scenes.
The director was furious but didn’t dare offend her.
“Unni, are you okay? Are you feeling unwell?” asked her assistant, Kim Bo-mi.
“Aish! I’m just so annoyed today! Forget it—you wouldn’t understand even if I told you.” Chun Song-yi huffed.
“Do I have any other schedules today? Tell the director I’m not feeling well. I’m heading home.”
Without waiting for a response, she grabbed her bag and left.
No matter what she did, she couldn’t focus. The awkward moment with Yang Yu that morning kept replaying in her mind.
“But, Unni, Director Ahn said you need to come to the company. He said it’s really important!” Bo-mi hurried after her.
“Tell him I have something even more important to deal with. Whatever it is, we’ll talk tomorrow.”
She got into her van and urged the driver to leave, leaving Bo-mi standing outside, nearly in tears.
She was just a small assistant—she couldn’t afford to offend Chun Song-yi, and she definitely couldn’t offend Director Ahn. Stuck in the middle, she was doomed to take the blame from both sides.
Back at her apartment, Chun Song-yi found herself thinking about Yang Yu again.
What was that guy even doing here in Korea?
Ugh! Why was she thinking about him again?!
At the same time, Yang Yu lay on his bed, deep in thought.
The mission in this world felt way too easy.
He had only been here for two days, and he had already completed his first task.
Chun Song-yi’s task didn’t seem difficult either. Based on her attitude that morning, if he put in just a little effort, he could complete it in no time.
The points were way too easy to earn this time.
Then there was the mission to disrupt the storyline.
But honestly, things were already off track.
He had spent the entire day thinking about it. The mission was progressing so smoothly that it almost felt unreal. It was best to be cautious—better safe than sorry.
Since the system wanted him to disrupt the story, he might as well cause absolute chaos. He couldn’t think of a better way anyway.
Time to take action.
He reached for his phone, intending to research the differences between this world and his original timeline—but his hand grabbed nothing.
Right.
He wasn’t even a legal resident in this world yet. No ID, no phone, nothing.
“This lawyer Zhang is really slow. Looks like I’ll have to handle things myself.”
With a sigh, Yang Yu made up his mind.
He was going to stir up some real trouble.
Even if his plan was wrong, he had nothing to lose.
He decided to create a third-generation vampire under his command. Otherwise, it was too inconvenient to do everything himself. But if he was going to recruit someone, they had to be strong—no random weaklings.
He recalled an article he once read: in Korea, three things were unavoidable—death, taxes, and Samsung.
Since Samsung was so powerful, why not take advantage of it?
At that moment, Chairman Lee was already in his seventies, critically ill, and hospitalized. A man that rich was bound to fear death.
If he was going to do it, he might as well go big.
Without hesitation, Yang Yu teleported straight to Samsung Medical Center and appeared in Chairman Lee Geon-hee’s hospital room.
“Not bad. As expected of Korea’s richest man—this hospital room is practically a five-star presidential suite,” Yang Yu remarked.
“Who are you?! Who allowed you in here?!”
“Get out immediately! This is no place for unauthorized personnel!”
Several bodyguards instantly pulled out their guns and aimed at Yang Yu.
