As per etiquette, arrangements were made for everyone to live in the Shadow Sword Villa.

However, in Wu Chi’s opinion, 80% of these people had come for the Shadow, but none of this had anything to do with Wu Chi.

He was on this trip to eat and drink for free. As for who would get the Shadow, it was none of his business.

“Hey kid, come here.”

Wu Chi was sitting on a stone bench in his own courtyard, a wine gourd held in his arms. He didn’t budge, he had wanted to avoid trouble, but trouble still came to find him.

Letting out a sigh, Zhou Boyan shook her head and replied.

She took the sword from the stone table in the pavilion. Making a light move, she moved around the courtyard with the sword, her moves as light as a feather.

“What! Why is this girl dancing with a sword?”

As Zhou Boyan was practicing with her sword, Wu Chi had sneaked by. He touched his chin and crouched behind some pine trees to observe Zhou Boyan’s sword practice.

Although his school had a good relationship with the Shadow Sword Villa, it was a taboo to watch someone practicing the sword.

Wu Chi wanted to leave, but Zhou Boyan’s beautiful sword dance had captivated him.

Wu Chi squatted there to watch the entire sword dance with some self-comforting words.

“Just passing by? Do you take me for a three-year-old?”

Zhou Boyan’s eyes showed a sign of annoyance and her countenance turned cold.

“I trusted your school so much, but you turned out to be so hateful. Come with me, I’ll go ask your senior brother for an explanation.”

Wu Chi became nervous when he heard she would find his senior brother. His senior brother had reminded him many times to not cause trouble. If his senior brother knew that he had secretly watched Miss Zhou’s sword practice, he would have to copy books till death as a punishment.

“Miss Zhou, let me explain! I didn’t mean to peek at your sword technique. Furthermore, the sword technique you showed wasn’t even that profound in the first place. There’s no need to hide it from everyone, right?”

“My sword technique wasn’t profound?” Zhou Boyan sneered at his words. She disliked Wu Chi even more.

If the Shadow Sword Technique wasn’t profound, what else was? How could he have said that?

“Yes. Your sword technique is very common, even someone like me could perform that technique too, so there’s no need for me to peek at your sword practice.” Wu Chi didn’t know Zhou Boyan’s inner thoughts and kept talking nonsense.
