Chapter 51: 300 Half-Beast Warriors Rush Into 1,500 Enemy Forces!

Lynn’s messanger delivered the letter to the head of the Kumori family. The patriarch was named Klizi, and he was sixty one years old. He had white hair, short stature, and thief-like eyes. Once he received the letter, he put on a pair of gloves in fear of the letter being poisoned. After seeing the contents of the letter, his face slightly changed into shock.

Lynn actually wanted to take the initiative to attack?! Was this to provoke him?! The nobles who were spectating were curious as to what happened and they sent envoys to inquire about the events. When Klizi faced these messengers, he rolled his eyes and painfully addressed them.

“Lynn has insulted my family, and said that the nobles who came to watch the battle are vicious. They have taken the initiative to provoke me as I wait. If we continue spectating, he will attack.”

The messengers grew furious when they heard this and went back to relay Klizi’s words to their masters. The nobles believed Klizi’s words and became angry with Lynn. Klizi watched the nobles’ wrath with a sinister smile.

“This way,” Klizi said to his butler, ”Lynn has the public’s anger. As long as he loses, I can kill him directly. Count Theresa will not be able to do anything about it.”

Klizi resonated with his words and laughed.

“Of course I am wise. If Lynn wants to initiate an attack, then let him come. Send someone over to tell him we accept and let him come. When the cavalry charges in this terrain, who can stop it? Does he really think his Orc Legion is invincible?”

Klizi’s messenger rushed to Maple Leaf and found Lynn.

“Master Lynn, my Lord has accepted your declaration. You can attack.”

“I see,” Lynn said with a nod.

After speaking, Lynn turned around and addressed the warriors who were lined up in rows.

“I have only one request for you. Kill all of the enemies. Can you do this?”

“Of course!” They responded.

Lynn turned around on his horse with his magician’s robs swaying in the wind. HIs beautiful magic sword glinted in the sunlight.

“On me! Attack!”

This world had a massive population, so a war of two thousand people was not a large one. Yet, it definitely was not small. When Lynn led his army out of the city the enemy quickly formed up their squadrons. The nobles looked at the legions on each side and laughed.

“Look how mighty Klizi’s army is. They are well trained with sturdy armor. Even their weapons are sharp. Now look at Lynn. My goodness, is that a group of beasts?”

“Lynn’s legion’s armor seems to be different. Um, Lynn is very handsome, but what about the other warriors?”

“Faced against this complete legion, Lynn’s group has no chance of winning. He will die today. He will pay for his uncouth words!”

Lynn’s legion looked scattered with no formed lines. Their equipment also looked messily made, and all of the soldiers carried their weapons behind Lynn. In contrast, Klizi’s army was formed in tight ranks as recommended for heavy infantry. The cavalry lined the flanks and the archers organized in the back. There were also various catapults stationed at the back, which completed an organized looking army. In the nobles’ eyes, Lynn’s legion looked funny.

The nobles were allowed to talk like this since Theresa had some troublesome matters and was dragged off by the Marquis of Trellen and could not come. The nobles were naturally more unscrupulous because of this. Lynn could not hear what they were talking about, so he was not bothered as he quickly observed the enemy’s situation. Both sides pushed forward at their own pace and stopped when each general could see each other clearly.

This was the most conventional war that took place in a plain, so both sides would line up to charge at each other. The opponent’s general was the grandson of Klizi. He had blond hair and had a mighty air about him. When he saw Lynn’s black hair and black eyes, the grandson showed a look of disdain.

“Mongrel,” he said in a loud voice.

The half beasts instantly became irritated as their anger overwhelmed their reason. Their power was bestowed to them by Lynn, which made him their absolute master. They could not tolerate any provocations against their master.

The two rank five half warriors stomped their feet on the ground, creating a mini earthquake. Countless other warriors followed them and vented their anger on the ground. They had rage in their veins that was being pumped throughout their bodies, and they kept stomping on the ground.

More than three hundred warriors full of tacit understanding stomped to a beat like an ancient drum. The sound was deafening. They just needed an order from Lynn to let this brazen boy know exactly what cruelty was. Even though the Klizi Army occupied a greater number of soldiers, they began to show fear.

Lynn pulled out the sword with his hand, and the red gem bloomed with a strong magical power.
